1/4 Beef Box Deposit

Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. This is Aged Beef that is grown natural and makes a delicious meal every time.
Here is a list of contents from a Quarter Beef:
Arm Roast (3# each)
Rump Roast (3# each)
Chuck Roast (3# each)
Ribeye Steaks Boneless (1" thick, 2 per package)
T-bone Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)
Sirloin Steaks (1", 1-2 per package)
Ground Meat (1# packages)
1 Half Brisket
Total Yield: About 110# of packaged Farm Raised, Aged, Clean Beef.  We estimate 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space is needed for a Quarter Beef

P.S.  After your deposit is placed, we will contact you to see if you are interested in customizing your cuts, or if you would like to stick to our standard cut sheet.

This will be booked with the locker and will  age for 14 days.  After cuts are made, we will ship via Fed Ex and your product will arrive at your door 2-3 days later.  Updates will be sent out to customers with locker dates, shipping dates and final invoicing to pay for exactly what you are getting, nothing more, nothing less.
